Do you take insurance?

No. This is a completely self-pay business due to the rules and regulations of insurance companies. Unfortunately, many services are not considered medically necessary by insurance companies, despite research being available of their benefits. We accept cash and credit cards from all major companies. We will be more than happy to provide an invoice to submit to your insurance company if needed.

What does an initial visit look like?

Once you schedule an appointment an in-depth health history form will be mailed or emailed to you and you will need to fill this out and may elect to return this form to us 24-48 hours before your visit, we will then discuss what comprehensive labs tests to order and these will be drawn right here in our clinic and sent to a lab.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on what type of visit you need and what labs we will order. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our pricing page listed in the services tab or contact us for more information.

Do you offer weight loss services?

Yes, we now offer weight loss services including nutritional coaching, personalized exercise plans, and possibly weight loss medication if appropriate.
